Breakfast and Brunch Menus Belgian waffles with maple syrup or berry syrup Crepes filled with spiced apples, topped with sour cream Vegetable quiche or Quiche Lorraine Eggs and cream cheese with scallion wrapped with tortillas and cheese topping, refried beans on the side with salsas Spanakopita Ham, vegetable and cheese omelettes Grand Marnier French toast, stuffed with cream cheese and mandarin oranges Gingerbread pancakes with berry sauce or maple syrup Peaches and cream crepes Cheddar mushroom puffs Frittata Italian egg roll Eggs Florentine Quiche Lorraine Blueberry pancakes with lemon cream sauce
The cost for the above full breakfast is $12.00 per person. Additional entrees are priced at $3.00 for each additional choice. A continental breakfast, not including the entrée, is $7.50 per person. There will be a 17% gratuity and 6% tax added to your bill if service is provided. We can and will provide servers for any of your events at a rate of $20.00 per hour. We design menus at your request: Here’s an example of a specially designed menu for clients that requested a unique brunch that would be filling for a reception that lasted for several hours: Italian Brunch Vegetarian Italian Egg roll with Marinara New roasted Potatoes with peppers and onions Assorted handmade Pastries Seasonal fruit plate Bacon, ham, or breakfast sausage Classic Caesar Salad Chicken Florentine (rolled and stuffed chicken breasts with ricotta, spinach, garlic and parmesan) with lemon caper sauce Tortellini Broccoli Salad Chocolate dipped strawberries with Italian cookies
