Greenbriar Catering Cold and Box Lunch Menu

This menu is designed to provide you with variety of choice. That does not mean that you can choose one of each item, but we can accommodate your needs for every event! These items are often served best as a buffet. If you wish to have a box lunch menu we will be happy to provide that as well. We can provide up to three choices of sandwiches, one choice of salad, and one type of dessert for box lunch menu, depending on the size of your group.. We cater to groups of 10 or to hundreds. Please let us advise you of your delivery or service options.

SALADS:

Garden with Tuscan Dressing
Fruit compote with coconut citrus dressing
Waldorf: Apples, walnuts, craisins, celery, pineapple, in mayo/sour cream 
Pasta with olives, artichokes, grape tomatoes and feta
Tabouli-Mediterranean/MidEastern combination
Four-bean with garbanzos, green beans, red beans, white beans and sweet/sour dressing
Carrot with honey, pineapple and raisin, salad dressing and toasted nuts
Corn n’salsa with bell peppers, onions and jalapenos
Green Pea and Ham in Mayo/garlic and sweet mustard with chopped red onion
Greek chopped salad with romaine and kalamata olives, red onion and grape tomatoes, artichokes and feta, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette
Fresh fruit and greens with candied walnuts and fruit vinaigrette
Oriental Salad with toasted almonds
