Our appetizers are carefully prepared and attractively presented on either disposable trays or silver/glass platters.
The per person portion varies, but the number of items per selection is approximately 2-2 ½ items, with a minimum charge of $50.00 for each selection chosen. Pricing follows each item. v Beef or Chicken Skewers with the following choice of marinade and dipping sauces; Peanut Sauce, Coconut Curry Sauce, Chutney Prepared with Seasonal Fruit, or Teriyaki Sauce: $2.50 per person

v Profiteroles ~ Miniature cream puffs or choux pastry filled with Greenbriar’s special chicken salad or salmon mousse: $2.70 per person
v Pastry Swans ~ Choux pastry formed into petite swans: $3.25 per person
v Ham/Asparagus/Parmesan Rolls ~ Puff Pastry rolled around filling of choice and baked until crisp: $2.70 per person
