First Course: Ginger Blonde Beer paired with Spring Rolls filled with water chestnuts, carrots, cabbage, honey, lemon, topped with wasabi aioli

Second Course: Brown Ale paired with Poutine: Yam & purple Peruvian and sweet potato fries with a brown ale gravy and poached duck egg

Third Course: Amber Ale paired with house made Kobe and lamb sausage topped with a fennel and shallot chutney

Fourth Course: IPA paired with House Made hot wings with grapefruit and mango dry rub. Served with mango habanero wing sauce

Fifth course: HPA paired with quinoa salad served in a lime chip cup topped with a champagne vinegar reduction

Sixth course: Euphoria Vanilla Bean ice cream topped with candied bacon and a chocolate stout ganache
