This class features many favorite recipes with a twist! Our Chef Cheryl will share her experience with you (20 years of cooking Italian dishes) and there will be a lot of hands-on and recipes for you to enjoy. Not to mention wine samplings along the way!
Topics covered will include home-made raviollis, tortelliinis, gnocci, manicotti, and canolli. Sauce recipes and of course construction of these sauces will be covered as well: Marinara, Bolognese, Spinach florentine , and Alfredo.
Be prepared to come hungry, my friends! Classes are $45.00. Children over 12 are welcome for those aspiring chefs in your family! If you want to bring a partner in for the last hour and have them enjoy the dinner that you have cooked, prices are an additional $25.00 for their company, and a bottle of wine is included in your dinner for two.
